Chocolate Cherry Coconut Ice Cream is a simple & healthy 3-ingredient freezer snack that takes less than 5 minutes to make in a blender. A creamy & delicious dairy-free, gluten-free, Vegan & Paleo friendly treat!

1 cup frozen cherries
½ cup pre-chilled unsweetened coconut cream or dairy-free milk of choice
½ tbsp cocoa powder
optional: stevia for added sweetness, coconut flakes & chocolate chips for topping
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, top with optional add-ins and devour!
