Chocolate Chip PB MONSTER Cookies Vegan! Chunky, slightly crunchy, peanut buttery with a burst of chocolate chips! quick and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
1½ cups u bleached all purpose flour
¾ cup oats (pulsed in food processor)
? cup vegan cane sugar
½ tsp sea salt
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup peanuts or almonds (pulsed in food processor)
? cup vegan chocolate chips ( I used Enjoy Life brand their dark chocolate chips)
2 Tbsp peanut butter ( I used PB&Co.)
2 Tbsp vegan butter ( I used Earth Balance in the red tub)
? cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ( I use SILK brand)
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp maple syrup
