Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Ritz Cookies

Chocolate covered peanut butter Ritz cookies are two Ritz crackers, slathered with peanut butter, and covered in chocolate. So…exactly what you probably imagined. This is a huge hit at Christmas!

1 jar creamy peanut butter
1 box Ritz crackers
2 packages milk chocolate almond bark
2 packages white chocolate almond bark

Spread peanut butter between two crackers. Dip cracker sandwich into melted chocolate. Drizzle chocolate over cracker for decoration. Refrigerate to harden.
