Chocolate Pistachio Cupcakes w/Fudge Frosting

Moist pistachio cupcakes with chocolate inside then topped with a fudgey frosting and bits of pistachio nuts! I delicious combination you're sure to love!

Yellow cake mix

3.4 ounce pistachio pudding (small, instant)

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup water

2/3 cup chocolate syrup

1/4 cup pistachio nuts, shelled, skins removed and chopped

3/4 cup butter, softened

4 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
