Cheesecake Chocolate almond Crust)
•1 cup raw almonds with skins
•1 cup old-fashioned oats
•3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
•2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
•(Cheesecake Filling)
•2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
•16 oz. low-fat cream cheese room temperature
•1/2 cup low-fat Ricotta cheese
•1/2 cup sugar
•2 large eggs
•1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•1/4 Cup fat-free Greek yogurt, plain
•(Sauce topping)
•1/2 cup raspberry jelly
•1 pint fresh raspberries
