1¼ cup vanilla almond milk PLUS 1 tsp white vinegar
2¼ cups all purpose GF flour
1½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1½ tsp sugar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
? cup Chopped vegan chocolate chips
? cup chopped frozen or fresh raspberries (I used frozen)
topping suggestions:
raspberries for topping or fruit of choice
maple syrup for topping
vegan butter for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
first turn your waffle iron on so it can heat up, I put mine on high heat but read your waffle iron instructions because they all differ
next in a small bowl put your almond milk and vinegar...
