This quick and easy stew has a nice kick of spiciness and is very hearty. Cooking the onions and garlic in the oil from the sausages imparts a rustic spiciness to the whole dish.

1 lb Chorizo Sausage
2 Cans White Beans (Cannollini), Drained
1 Large Yellow Onion, Chopped
5 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
2 Large Sprigs Fresh Thyme, leaves removed and chopped
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
6 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium
1 Cup Orzo
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
