Simple snack, quick to make! Always a hit!

2 sheets of Trader Joe's Lavash bread or other flat bread
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place the flat bread on a cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a separate bowl. Sprinkle the sugar mixture on the flat bread. Bake at 375 for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cut with a pastry cutter into squares or strips Let cool and enjoy! . I did these for our ladies Mexican Trains game and they were a huge hit!
You can also do this with grated parmesan cheese and whatever spice you like to add. I added herb and garlic spice. It worked well too, although I prefer the cinnamon and sugar.
