Simple and delicious coconut-date balls to enjoy as a snack or sweet bite!

2 Cups of Dates (pitted)
1 Cup of Shredded Coconut + Extra for coating
1 Cup of Pecans (or nut of your choice)
2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder
1 Cup of Shredded Coconut + Extra for coating
1 Cup of Pecans (or nut of your choice)
2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend for about 1 minute.
Remove from food processor and place mixture in a bowl.
Using your hands, form balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
