A sweet treat that gives you energy and that is healthy. These bars have the perfect chewy texture and are great for a snack on the go.

1 ½ cup chopped dates
1 cup raw almonds
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon *
1 tsp. vanilla
