2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts If breasts are thick, filet them (slice lengthwise).

zest of 1 lime
1 tsp cumin
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp Truvia
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup canned coconut milk
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp cumin
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp Truvia
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup canned coconut milk
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
