Copycat Starbucks Caramel Apple Cider

199

My sister had this cider at Starbucks a while back and asked me to recreate the recipe. This is what I came up with and it is so good! Perfect for cool nights!

8
1 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon oil
2 quarts apple juice
2 envelopes spiced cider drink mix
1/2 cup caramel topping
In a saucepan mix water, sugar and cinnamon oil. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add apple juice, cider drink mix, and caramel topping. Bring to a simmer and cook 15 minutes.
