1 Spring Onion
1 tbsp Yogurt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
A few crest leaves
1/8 Teaspoon Lemon zest
170 grams Crab Meat
Chop the spring onion Add the crab meat, yogurt, pepper and paprika Cut the avocado and add a few slices in the crab mix (leave two or three to decorate your salad) Add the crest leaves and the lemon zest
