1 cup pasta sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 cups basil leaves, cut into ribbons, divided
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
