This is a nutrient rich soup that tastes amazing. A great homemade soup that is also dairy-free & vegan.

1lb (450g) Cooked Chickpeas
2 ½ Cups (600ml) Vegetable Broth
1 Cup (250ml) Coconut Milk
3 Small Potatoes
3 Tablespoons Mixed Seeds
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion
1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika
½ Teaspoon Table Salt
Feta Cheese (or Equivalent) to Taste
A Handful of Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
