Crock Pot Beef Hash

1 1/2 pounds Lean Ground Beef -- browned and drained
10 ounces Hash Browns, frozen -- thawed
1 medium Onion -- finely chopped
1/4 cup Melted Butter -- or margarine
1 cup Gravy -- (your choice)
1 cup Beef Broth
Black Pepper -- freshly ground
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Cook some eggs and toss on top and this is breakfast, or dinner breakfast if you like that like we do.
