Crock Pot Black Beans

We love these black beans with Mexican food, but they are so good that they can be eaten plain. For reals! Even my kids will eat them by the bowl full.

2 cups dry black beans
About 3 cups of water
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp dry minced onion
2-3 tsp salt (I'll admit that I like things salty, so I use 3 tsp)
1 tsp cumin

Wash the dried beans really well and pick out any rocks or beans that look funky. Pour them into a pan and add water till it is at least 2 inches above the beans. Let soak overnight (or for 8 hours.)
