Easy Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Hawaiian Beef! A super easy paleo crock pot hawaiian Beef recipe that will satisfy the whole family! It’ s healthy, simple, packed full of flavor! This crock pot beef is also freezer friendly so you can make a bunch and save some for later. ALOHA!!

2 lbs beef loin (fat trimmed for before cooking)
Two 8 ounce cans of crushed pineapple (in juice not syrup) - SAVE juice
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup gluten free tamari or gluten free soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tbsp honey or coconut sugar
1 cup chopped red onion
black pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh red chili pepper (or ½ tbsp dried)
sesame seed to garnish
optional - pineapple slices
