Put your leftover ham bone to good use with this simple and delicious crockpot soup recipe!

1 leftover hambone
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 small onion diced
1 small zuchini diced
1 russet potato peeled and diced
1 ear white corn, kernels removed
1 small bay leaf
1 quart organic chicken stock
1 cup leftover diced ham
