Healthier chili made with chicken and chock full of tomatoes and beans. Kids love the white beans.

1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/3 cups chopped onion
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 pounds boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
3 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 15 ounce cans white beans
2 15 ounce cans fire roasted tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
