Try this poppy seed dressing on any of your spring salads!

1 tablespoon finely minced or grated onion
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 – 1/3 cup avocado oil or canola oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
