This is a light, wholesome and rejuvenating summer time grilling moist as well as delicious halibut covered along with a very fruity, zippy salsa. A very simple and easy to make combination which would also work with any cooked white fish you select
Delicious Grilled Halibut Steak with Fresh Mango Pineapple and Avocado Salsa Ingredients
Halibut (or a fresh white fish of your liking)
2 fresh halibut steaks, with cartiledge and bone in
Season to your preffered taste with sea salt, some lemon pepper, and a little sprinkle of rosemary
Fresh Mango Pineapple and Avocado Salsa
1 cup of chopped small mango
1 cup of chopped small pineapple
1 chopped small avocado
1 seeded and diced jalapeno
1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup of diced red onion
2 juiced limes
2-3 Tablespoons of chopped cilantro
Halibut (or a fresh white fish of your liking)

1 cup of chopped small mango
1 cup of chopped small pineapple
1 chopped small avocado
1 seeded and diced jalapeno
1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup of diced red onion

2-3 Tablespoons of chopped cilantro
Put together the salsa first - blend all of the above salsa ingredients within a medium sized bowl and then place into the fridge
Season the halibut fish to your liking and then cook on a very lightly oiled...
