Today’s healthy dessert is my favorite vegan fruit muffins. The idea for this recipe came to me when I saw photos of a delicious-looking fruit cake. However, it turned out that this cake required more than 20 ingredients and 3 different processes to be prepared. So, here’s my super easy-to-make recipe for delicious dried fruit muffins that require only a few ingredients and are quite cheap. They are completely dairy-free and gluten-free, and they turned out to be a favorite dessert at home.

1 ripe banana
1 1/2 cups of oat flour
2/3 cup of dried fruit
2/3 cup of drinking water
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Cinnamon – optional
Nuts/seeds – optional

This crispy Oven Fried Chicken recipe is coated with Ranch dressing and dredged in a flavorful blend of Corn Flakes, bread crumbs and zesty seasoning. Use chicken breast, thighs or drumsticks for an oven baked dinner that tastes like it's deep-fried! The easy oven fried chicken is delicious alongside mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, or Southern-style green beans.

1 c Ranch salad dressing
1 c dry breadcrumbs
1 c Corn Flakes cereal crumbs
2 t sugar
2 t paprika
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t kosher salt
