I cannot say enough good things about this deluxe Strawberry Banana Cream Pie from my growing up days. It includes five layers of divine goodness that are well worth the time and effort.

Layer 1
{CREAM CHEESE LAYER}
Makes enough for two 9" pies
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese ( softened )
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip
Layer 2
6 Bananas ( sliced and divided in half )
Layer 3
2 cartons of strawberries, washed, dried, and stems removed.
Layer 4
{STRAWBERRY GLAZE}
Makes enough for two 9" pies
12 c. ( or 2 cartons strawberries )
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. corn starch
1 c. water
Layer 5
{WHIPPED CREAM}
1 pint whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
4 heaping Tablespoons powdered sugar

Family friendly Tuna Noodle Casserole made with a simple cheddar cheese sauce and crunchy buttery Parmesan panko breadcrumbs,

Tuna Casserole:
8 ounces wide egg noodles
5 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
5 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk (2%)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded white cheddar
2 pouches tuna in water
1 cup frozen baby peas
