Cookie dough:
1 c. (2 sticks) salted butter ( softened )
1 c. packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. chocolate chips
{SWEET CREAM CHEESE FILLING}
Fills 10 cookie cups
8 oz. cream cheese ( softened )
4 c. frozen whipped topping ( thawed )
2 Tbsp. vanilla instant pudding ( dry from the packet )
