Easy Avocado Tuna Salad

A quick and easy lunch or snack, this avocado tuna salad is healthy, easy, and absolutely amazing!

1/2 avocado, mashed
1 can (184g, 6.5oz) tuna, drained
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon pesto
1/2 red pepper, diced
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Serve with crackers and veggies for dipping, or in a sandwich or pita. Tuna salad keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge...
