Easy Baked Pasta

This recipe is fast and easy and the whole family loves it! Serve with a green salad and some french bread. This is a great recipe to double and take to a neighbor, or freeze and enjoy later!

2 1/2 C. dry Whole Wheat Rotini
1 jar (24 oz. ) Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
2 C. shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Boil pasta according to package (15 minutes). Drain pasta then return to pot on medium heat and add the spaghetti sauce. Stir in 1 1/2 C of mozzarella cheese until melted. Spread pasta and sauce into an 8x8 dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and broil until cheese on top is melted .
