2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 tablespoon minced ginger
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly (1/4” thick) into 2” long strips
4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded carrots
