Easy Cilantro Lime Pad Thai

Restaurant-style pad thai at home!

8 ounces dried, wide and flat rice noodles (or any noodles will do)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fresh lime juice, plus wedges for serving
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha
2 tsp vegetable oil
3 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 large eggs, light beaten
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
