Easy Cinnamon Baked Pears

They are super simple to make, take only five minutes of preparation, and always turn out great.

2 pears
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp honey (or maple syrup, if you prefer it vegan)
3 tbsp walnuts
Optional:
4 tsp natural yogurt
