This is a super easy recipe that you can make for any breakfast or brunch. These egg muffins are great if you like to premake food to save on cook time during a busy week.

1/2lb Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
1/4 medium Red Pepper (chopped)
1 small Green Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Mushroom (chopped)
