Flavorful meat and rice skillet casserole that is embarrassingly easy to make. Make it your own by adding corn, black olives, or shredded cheese. Substitute a can of chopped tomatoes for the salsa for a milder dish. You can saute a cup of onions with the burger too. Substitute ground turkey for the hamburger. Add more spices to crank up the flavor.

1 1/2 - 2 lbs hamburger
3 - 4 cups of cooked rice
1 - 2 cups of salsa - to your taste
8 oz of tomato sauce
1/2 - 1 tsp of ground cumin
1 1/2 - 2 tsp of seasoned salt
