Easy Oven Roasted Carrots

These carrots are easy to prepare. They will make a quick and delicious side dish to your meals.

1 lb bag - peeled baby carrots
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley or dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix salt, pepper, parsley and oil in a bowl together. Then add and toss the carrots with the seasoning mixture. Place the carrots on a sheet pan in a single layer and roast in preheated oven at 400F for about 25 minutes or until tender.
