2 medium potatoes (about 2 cups)
1 large sweet potato (about 2 cups)
1 large onion (about 2cups)
4-5 carrots (about 2cups)
Sea salt (to taste, ½-1 tsp)
¼ cup olive oil
2-4 clove garlic, diced
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
