A very easy Persimmon Jam Recipe that can be used in cheesecakes or just spreaded on toast. This recipe will be ready in 35 minutes with only 4 ingredients.

1 cup sugar
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon corn starch
