1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
28 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed a few hours before cooking
2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
optional: 1 tsp sesame seeds & sliced green onion for topping
For the Sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
