Easy Vegetable Fried Rice

Quick recipe for lunch, dinner and all.

* 1and 1/2 cup rice
* 1 cup chopped mixed vegetable
* 1/2 cup chickenstock
* salt as required
* 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
* 1 teaspoon full black pepper powder
* 1 teaspoon vineger
* 3 tablespoon oil
In a wok heat oil add vegetables, salt and black pepper. Fried for some minutes then add ginger garlic paste and chicken stock and cover the lid simmer for some minute. Vegetable is done stock dried then add rice and toss. Delicious vegetable fried rice is ready.
