Egg Burger Breakfast

Extra quick and super cheap breakfast...

1 egg
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
to taste salt, pepper, parsley
2 tablespoons oil
1. Beat the egg with salt and pepper to taste. Add bread crumbs and parsley and mix. Of course, you can add other spices at your convenience, or chopped cheese, ham, bacon... (no more then 2 tablespoons total) 2. Heat oil at high heat and add the egg mixture. Spread it quickly into the pan so it looks like a big burger. Fry for a half a minute and than turn and fry for an additional half a minute. 3. Serve hot with cheese, ham, fresh salad, ketchup, mayo... Bon appétit!
