Egg White Oats

Super filling oats made with egg whites! They pack a mean protein and fiber punch that will keep you full for hours.

1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats (or regular old-fashioned oats)
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or more water)
1 banana sliced
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4-1/3 egg whites (using the carton brand is best)
Toppings: melted raspberries, honey, maple syrup, nut butter (highly recommend), chopped nuts, berries etc...
