Wheat cookie are very healthy compared to cookie made from white flour.These cookie are thin,crunchy and delicious in taste and requires very less ingredients and easy to make.

½ cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp Milk
1/8 tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking powder
¼ cup sugar
¼ ghee/ butter
3 almond for garnish
*In a mixing bowl,add wheat flour,sugar ,baking powder and salt and mix well. *Now add ghee/ butter and mix well ,slowly add milk to form a smooth dough with your hand. *Cover the dough and refrigerate for 15 min,after 15 min roll the dough about 2 inch diameter to give rectangular shape . *Garnish the cookie with chopped almonds and cut the cookie dough into long thin slice and bake at 180 c for 10 min. *Once down,transfer the cookie on to cooling rack and serve.
