That One thing which every Indian Street Food Lover craves for is Pav Bhaji! It is not only very flavorful & tasty but also loaded with goodness of fresh Vegetables & Butter. So lets check out the recipe!

2 Potatos (large, chopped)
1 cup Cauliflower florets
1 Green pepper (large, chopped)
1 Onion (large, chopped)
1 Tomato (large, chopped)
1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tablespoons
Butter 4 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Wash thoroughly all the vegetables & put them in a pressure cooker except green peas. Add 2 cups of water, ginger garlic paste & 1 tea spoon salt. Cover the lid & hear 5 whistles. Once done, remove from the gas, open the lid of pressure cooker & mash all the vegetables very fine. Then add 2 tablespoons of Butter & 2 tablespoons of Oil in a skillet & let the butter melt on medium heat. Once done, add Red Chilli powder, Pav bhaji masala & let it cook for a minute. Then add half cup of water in it & let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the mashed vegetables & boiled green peas to it. Add salt to taste & let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Garnish with coriender leaves & our Baji is done! While serving - 1. Heat a pan on medium flame 2. All 1 table spoon oil/butter to it 3. Tear the Pav or Hamburgers in half & warm them up. 4. Serve bhaji with finely chopped onion, lemon & some butter on the top! Our yummy, tasty Pav Bhaji is ready in no time! Enjoy it with a group of friends or on relaxed weekends..
