Freezer Friendly Soy Free Vegan Veggie Burgers. Grain Free and Gluten free Homemade Vegan Veggie burger Patties packed with herbs, seeds, chickpeas, and spices! These homemade vegan veggie burgers are super easy to make, healthy, and great for meal prep!

1 cup cooked, drained chickpeas beans (or navy beans)
1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (I used carrot, cauliflower, and leeks)
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp pine nuts (you can use pumpkin seed if you don\'t have pine nuts)
1/2 tsp dried dill weed (or any herb mix)
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tsp chia seed
1 Tbsp tamari or gluten free soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
dash curry and cayenne ( to taste and optional for more flavor)
1/4-1/3 cup coconut flour (or other gluten free flour of choice)
1. Preheat oven to 375F . 2. Place everything except the flour in a food processor or blender and blend until almost smooth. YOu can leave it a little chunky so that vegetables pieces still remain...
