Fresh Autumn Chicken Salad with Apples and Almonds

This particular chicken salad was initially inspired by a fresh chicken salad I always bought at my nearby supermarket deli which was made using tarragon along with sliced up almonds. I included some additional crunch as well as seasonal taste by adding cut Granny Smith apples with the salad.

Fresh Autumn Chicken Salad with Apples and Almonds Ingredients
3 cups of chopped cooked chicken breast
2 fresh chopped celery stalks
1 chopped ripe Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup of crushed Sliced Almonds
3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of mayo
1 1/2 tsp of dried tarragon
1/2 tsp of onion powder
3/4 tsp of sea salt
ground black pepper
1/4 cup of chopped cranberries
3 cups of chopped cooked chicken breast
2 fresh chopped celery stalks
