I love brunch. When I lived in New York brunch was a regular weekly occurrence, like church or soccer practice. Now that I live in middle-America I find brunch to be a bit of a lost art. Here, there's breakfast and there's lunch, but brunch hardly ever makes an appearance anymore. A friend of mine, and fellow ex-New Yorker, Kate, decided we were going to bring back brunch and do-it-up right. Bloody Marys, good coffee, frittatas, pancakes and big bowl of this fruit salsa for the kids.

1 cup of diced, peeled apples
1 cup of diced strawberries
1/2 cup of diced, peeled kiwi
1/2 cup of diced pineapple
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 bag of cinnamon sugar pita chips
