This breakfast quinoa is quick, easy and tastes like a bowl of Funfetti cake! The protein powder swirl makes it extra creamy AND healthy! It's ready in only 25 minutes and has 5 ingredients, so you can have cake for breakfast everyday!

For the quinoa:
2 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk + additional for serving
1 Cup Quinoa, uncooked
¼ Cup Truvia, divided (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
For the protein frosting:
½ Cup Vanilla protein powder
3-4 Tbsp Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
