Pasta sauce to make in BULK when the tomatoes are ripening and your counters are full!

10-15 lbs tomatoes, 1.2 an onion, 4 large carrots, 1 green bell pepper, 6 leaves of basil, 2 cups spinach, 5 T. italian seasoning, 2 T. Sugar, 1 t. salt, 1 t. pepper, 1 t. red pepper flakes, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, any other various veggies
Directions: Puree peeled tomatoes and carrots, spinach, pepper, and onion in blender or processor. Pour into big stock pot and add spices. Cook down for about an hour or the sauce is your preferred...
