Ginger pear banana wholemeal bread

This aromatic healthy bread uses no refined sugar or white flour

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger

1 large pear, peeled, chopped

1 and 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

2 tablespoons honey

3 eggs

2/3 cup strong wholemeal bread flour

2/3 cup ground almonds

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon baking powder
