Start your day with these heathy and delicious apple pie filled muffins!

For the apple filling:
1 1/2 cup apples,chopped
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cornstarch
For the muffins:
? cup coconut oil
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons white vinegar
? cup coconut sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1½ cups gluten free oat flour(or pulverized gluten free oats)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup walnuts,chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon allspice
For the crunchy topping:
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
