No flour or added sugar! Buffalo wings that are baked and still crispy!

-Chicken wings, 20 pieces
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoon,
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Pepper, 1 teaspoon
- Butter, 1 cup
- Hot sauce, 12 oz
