Gluten Free Chicken Jambalaya

I love this Jambalaya that has a southern kick

2 chicken cooked cubed
1 lb pre-cooked chicken spinach sausage
1 medium pepper
1 small onion chop
1-10oz diced tomatoes
1-can diced chilies
1 can chicken broth 14.5 oz
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
Cook chicken. Add pre-cooked sausage-warm about 5 min. Add pepper and onion stir together until tender. Stir in tomatoes, broth, green chilies, water, and garlic powder. Add cajun seasoning. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes until rice is tender.
